Dues Structure

The annual dues of each contractor member shall consist of minimum dues of $1,000.00 per calendar year, plus percentage dues of an amount equal to 1/12 of 1% of the total value of a member’s contracts or subcontracts made on work Let by the Georgia Department of Transportation.  The maximum percentage dues paid in one year shall be $24,000.00 plus $1,000.00 minimum dues, equaling $25,000.00.  However, for parent companies who have wholly owned affiliates, the $25,000.00 cap shall apply only to the parent company and each affiliate shall pay percentage dues per year of $14,000.00 plus $1,000.00 minimum dues, equaling $15,000.00.
